If you file a paper Application with the Federal Circuit Court Registry. It will be checked to make sure it is in the required format and that there is the original documents and two copies. All documents will be stamped and the original documents will be retained by the registry and the two copies will be returned to you and a date should be provided on the front of the first court date. You must arrange service of the stamped documents to the other party and keep one for your records.
You need to register with the Comcourts Portal and follow the help guide to make an application. Once filed you can access your documents which will now have a court seal. A court date may need to be provided at a later date.
