The online platform we use to sell products from our website is operated by Kindred Legal. It may be linked from our Facebook Page (Kindred Legal). By purchasing our products and services you warrant us that you have read the terms and conditions. If you are under 18 years of age you warrant that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to access this platform and they have agreed to the terms and conditions on your behalf.
Buy purchasing a legal guide or template you are not obtaining legal service in any capacity. If you wish for further assistance it is your responsibility to seek legal advice regarding the template prior to it’s use.
INFORMATION COLLECTION NOTICE
We may disclose that information to third party service providers who help us deliver our services (including information technology service providers, data storage, web-hosting and server providers, professional advisors, third party payment processors and our business partners) or as required by law. We use Stripe for our payment processor.
Our fees are non-refundable. We set out a number of payment methods on the Platform. EXCLUSION OF COMPETITORS
You are prohibited from using the information and materials available on it (Content), in any way that competes with our business.
